📢Local wheelchair basketball star Clarence McCarthy-Grogan is in town and wants to give back to the sport he loves.
⭐️Current Australian Rollers, Sydney Metro Blues and UTA Movin’ Mavs athlete.
Clarence says, “My goal is to help promote the sport of wheelchair basketball here at DBA because this is where I first started playing wheelchair basketball back in 2005 and I just want to help show people that without the programs and support like DBA has given to the wheelchair competition here, then I most likely wouldn’t be where I am today because it gave me the opportunity to be able to play a sport that I eventually fell in love with. I also want people to see that it is possible for them to succeed in life, regardless of the sport they play, it’s about the opportunities”
